Cross-Cultural Leadership Training
Cross-cultural leadership starts with developing the knowledge to foster effective global leadership in the 21st century
Our cross-cultural training provides a foundation for engaging the opportunity of global assignments, international collaboration, and non-profit projects around the world. Training focuses on the understanding of cross-cultural dynamics, developing cultural intelligence, global cluster philosophies, world religions, customs, and other influencing factors for developing a global mindset.
Our cross-cultural training is designed to prepare these individuals for global exposure:

- Volunteers traveling abroad
- NGO team members engaging help recipients
- Individuals managing multicultural teams
We are currently developing the curriculum and will be releasing details soon. Our courses will include an option to receive CEU (continuing education units) for a variety of professions requiring ongoing training and development as part of their certification and/or licensing.
