The Certified Global Practitioner™ program and certification is designed to provide a robust base of cross-cultural leadership knowledge. The certification program prepares 21st-century professionals to engage and communicate in intercultural environments who work with a cross-cultural workforce or who are preparing for an expatriate assignment.

Individuals who complete the program and pass a final comprehensive test will earn the Certified Global Practitioner™ (CGP) designation and credentials to present to employers or clients. Third party or extracurricular credentials support multidisciplinary degree programs and experience with the validation that can help individuals enhance their continuing education goals.
The program was developed by our founder, Andres Goyanes, a Global Leadership scholar and our Director General. His research as a PhD program student led him to explore ways to enhance the knowledge of 21st-century professionals to prepare them for the challenges of a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world where intercultural interactions require effective knowledge to manage organizational and personal relationships.
